Estimates and Assessments


So that the customer can have a reference on the most probable market value held by the building at a given time: this delicate phase is of great importance as it leads to the determination of the "right price", which is the determining selling factor preventing loss of time, money and patience for the seller, the buyer and the agency.

Real estate technical consultancy


To carry out preliminary checks not only on the urban and cadastral compliance of the building but also on the presence of any mortgage transcripts, therefore suggesting the actions to be taken should their regularisation be necessary and this to determine the success of an operation that sometimes seems to last forever but always saves a lot of work.
