History of our our Agency
The Michelini Agency was created at the end of the sixties thanks to the entrepreneurial initiative of our father, the Surveyor Primo Michelini who, relying on far-sighted intuition regarding the development of tourism in this area, which soon became a certainty, moved from Casatico di Marcaria, in Mantua, to the charming seaside village of Riviera dei Fiori.
The "Omnia Agency" at the beginning and, only later, the "Michelini Agency", operating in the Riviera Ligure di Ponente between Imperia and Sanremo and in particular at San Lorenzo al Mare, Arma di Taggia and neighbouring villages, such as Riva Ligure and Santo Stefano al Mare, as well as inland towns such as Costarainera, Cipressa, Lingueglietta, Pietrabruna, Boscomare, Torre Paponi, Civezza, Terzorio, Pompeiana, Castellaro, Badalucco and Bussana.
The secondary branch of Arma di Taggia, Via C. Colombo 160 and the "Michelini Agency", which deals with the sale of buildings represented by Doctor Gabriele, was added to the main headquarters of San Lorenzo al Mare in Via Aurelia 7 alongside "Michelini Real Estate" which deals with condominium administrations represented by Rag. Carlo.
The knowledge of the area and the experience gained over many years of business position us as trusted contact persons for those wishing to purchase a house on the Riviera. The ten-year long membership of the FIAIP - Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents opens our agency to collaboration with all the other associates of the province of Imperia, of Liguria and distributed throughout the national territory, revealing our natural inclination to "work together": this collaborative spirit, which on the one hand increases the proposal of the shared real estate portfolio, guarantees, on the other hand, a high probability of finding the property that best meets expectations within a reasonable time and at the right price.
The continuous professional updating on the issues that affect our profession, through meetings and training seminars including online and the support provided by esteemed professionals and craftsmen that we usually use for all services related to the real estate world, allow us to provide a complete consultancy service able to support our customers in the delicate phases that lead to the notarial deed and to support them, even afterwards, with timely assistance with post-sale requirements.
Today we experience the absence and emptiness left behind by the death of our father in 2018, but we know that he would be satisfied and proud to see how the values he transmitted to us are the same ones that direct and inspire our way of living, working and relating to people.
